WHO GETS UP EARLY... OR MORNING IS ALSO PART OF THE DAY
I want to start my first post about how early awakening helped change my life.
Most people go to work every day. They work morning to evening. Come home late at night, they try to relax, forget, watch movies, TV series or spend time with family, and then go to bed late. In the morning they quickly jump up, somehow wash up, have breakfast, and some do not even have time to eat, not to mention the fact choose clothes or somehow clean themselves up. They're running to work. And it's all in a hurry. So.
I had almost the same scenario. It really irritated me and I never had time for self-development, to read a book or learn something new. In general, my life was like an eternal chase, rat races.
Somehow sitting at work, I heard about people waking up early in the morning and their lives are beautiful. They all have time, find time for themselves and even have time to learn something new. It affected me like a trigger. I thought maybe I should try it. And after that, my life started to play with different colors.
It's not easy to get up at 5 a.m. At first, it can be difficult and unusual. We need to work out this habit. Personally, it took me 28 days, almost a month. After that, I have woken up automatically. But when you realize how great it is, all the details and usefulness of this action, you can no longer stop doing it.
I started waking up every morning at 05.30 on November 2018. And still, keep following that habit. My life has changed dramatically for the better. My consciousness and mindset started to change. I started to treat life differently, I became even more responsible.
Morning is also part of the day, and the way you spend it depends on how productive your day will be. The morning should be spent pleasantly and usefully. In the morning, you charge with energy for the whole day. Also, early awakening somehow distinguishes you from other people. You have unconsciously become a more confident, positive, and motivated person. When other people are still asleep, you can devote that time to yourself.
It is worth to mention that you have to get enough sleep. A person has to sleep for 7-8 hours. So it is important to go to bed in time for you to sleep enough. Otherwise, in the morning you will be sleepy, tired, not sleeping, in which case your morning will not be effective.
Many people think that morning it only to have a sleep and get enough sleep, and as a result, is absolutely forgotten about it. Every new day starts with morning and dawn, so it is very important to spend it pleasant and positive because our life consists of such days. And the way we spend our days depends on our whole life.
Every day you live is important.
1. All successful and famous personalities woke up very early. For example, people like Benjamin Franklin, Sigmund Freud, Tim Cook (CEO of Apple), Jack Dorsey (founder of Twitter), Michelle Obama, Howard Schultz. For them, early awakening played an important role in achieving their goals and successes.
2. Reading. When there is no time for reading at all. So you want to start, why not use the morning for that.
3. Education. Developing a new language or learning something new.
4. Sport. Sports (simple training, yoga, running). You will become more active and gradually stop being lazy.
5. Pacification. You can enjoy the silence and meet the dawn. Have a good breakfast. Such a little thing will make your day incredibly joyful.
6. Ideas. Precisely at this time of day that new ideas and thoughts may come to you.
7. To-do list. Things you do not have time to do can always be done in the morning. In the end, there is less anxiety and stress.
In the morning we are given the chance to do what we did not do yesterday, to say what we did not say. Precisely in the morning, we can change our lives.
