Lost on the road of life...
Never give up... Standing up when everything has collapsed is a real force.
You feel tired, even if you have not done anything yet, or got confused, unsure about your decisions, goals and do not know what to do next, then you are emotionally exhausted or it is called emotional exhaustion.
Your brain is ready to turn down mountains, you are kind of motivated, you continue to work hard, but your body feels incredible fatigue, you are carrying a load, cannot breathe easily, everything is given with difficulty. In short, you are exhausted.
Such a condition can come after if you worked hard for a long time, constantly required excessive concentration or you were in constant tension and stress, thus stuck in a routine. In each, this happens differently and individually.
Do not do anything, stop, listen and reflect. What such a condition can talk about. What is the reason you are at a standstill? It is important to realize and accept that you are really exhausted. When you give yourself time and understand yourself deeper, then you can set a new direction and set new goals. After that, you can make small steps to improvement.
The only thing is important is how much you get better.
1. STOP BLAMING YOURSELF
Everyone wants to be the most productive during the day. But there are such situations when you did not do something, somewhere did not have time, etc. That is okay. Productive people immediately blame themselves for this. It does not matter why it happened, because there may be a lot of reasons. For instance, problems in the family, or you make important decisions at this stage of life, or you are just tired and it takes time to gain strength. It is not critical. We need to stop thinking it is bad. Guilt only interferes and rewards stress and tension. Calm down and relax. It will help.
2. PRIORITIZING
Prioritize and do things quietly, without nerves. How do you say, "You chase two rabbits, you get neither." Try to take small steps to improve. Every day a little. You do not have to write a long list of tasks that, you know anyway, you will not have time to do. You can do a little to-do list, but do not overdo it. For example, pay bills, edit text, or reply to a letter. But after doing such little things, you will feel joy.
3. BE GRATEFUL
Think about what you are grateful for every night. Even if the day did not go well, there will still be something positive. A sense of gratitude gives a sense of peace and harmony.
4. CELEBRATE EVERY SUCCESS
Take it into your habit, encourage yourself for some work done. If you have done something you have not been able to do for a long time, it is great. Celebrate this success. Be proud of yourself, of your work done.
5. LIMIT THE TIME TO USE GADGETS
Make sure social media and the internet do not take up a lot of space in your life. Everything is fine in measure. Live consciously. For the sake of peace of mind and health, sort out the time spent using your phone and computer. Write off those mailings or pages that you are not interested in or have a bad impact on you, that is, your emotional state. Restrict your time which spend on social media or just watching some videos. For example, turn off your computer and phone after 9 or 30 minutes a day to view social networks. Always turn off the sound and get your phone away when you talk to people. Do not put it on a table at home or in a cafe.
6. HEALTHY SLEEP
Proper, healthy sleep is probably the most important thing. This is the best way to gain strength and restore balance. Try to turn off your computer, phones, and other gadgets in the evening. They only irritate and stimulate the brain for activity and sleep goes missing. Try not to drink coffee in the evening. Brew mint or chamomile tea, you can also have bedtime reading. The main thing is to sleep better. It is the most useful and best cure for everything, and it helps.
7. MEDITATION
Meditation in the morning and before bed. It is cleaning the mind of everything unnecessary, tension, stress, unnecessary anxiety. Sit down, stand up or lie down, find a pose convenient for you and breathe quietly for 10 minutes and concentrate on breathing. Draw your attention on breathing in and out. If you feel that thoughts have broken down again in different directions, start again. You can do it with quiet music, there are many applications for example. We all learn from mistakes, it is a matter of practice. Regularity is important here, not the long-term nature of the process. Even 10 minutes is enough to feel the tide of strength. It helps a lot.
8. HEALTH CARE
Both physical and mental.
Running helps combat a weak depressive state. It has a better effect than drug treatment. Swimming is very healthy for body and soul. Spend more time in an open-air, in nature. Try to have breakfast in the morning, take a contrasting shower. Get your morning back. Listen to your body, follow your health, and then you will be in a good mood and productive.
9. DON NOT FORGET TO DEVOTE TIME FOR YOURSELF
Exhaustion can also be associated with routine. So diversify your life. You have to strike a balance between work and your personal life. Walk around, spend time with your friends. Probably everyone has a hobby or be maybe childish desires and dreams. Devote your time to them. Visit museums, exhibitions, and do other activities. Or, for example, you want to learn new skills or language. You can meet interesting people and you will be broadminded. Set goals ans make small steps to it.
We still have a whole life ahead of us. Whoever says anything, but you are the best person for yourself, and you should not forget that.
