I’d rather die than live without passion.

A good start is no small thing

When you achieve something, you develop a habit. As you develop a habit, you form a character. By shaping character, you determine your destiny.
- Andre Morua

It is a good time to shake off the dust of the past and renew your life, and therefore your habits.

You crawl out of bed in the morning with a headache and deadly fatigue. Every time your brain says, "How nice it would be to sleep now, wrapped up in a warm blanket. Every day is a choice and a struggle. A struggle with yourself, with your brain. And you make it yourself. Looking at the bed with a tired look, I reply:  "This will not work, dear!" :-)

To improve the quality of your life, you need to get rid of bad habits and instill useful ones. To do this, you need to change your brain through repetition. At first, the brain will resist change. You train your brain by developing a habit of success.

The first sign that a habit has begun to form is a falling resistance, from which wonderful feelings arise.  He will be perplexed until he gradually begins to receive a "reward" for them.  It is much more pleasant to repeat an action if you get a reward for it.

Repetition and reward are two keys to change.

As soon as you take that very first step, you officially begin your movement. During growth, it is impossible to see your development in detail and quick results right away.  So do not let imaginary difficulties reduce your motivation.

A start - even if small and modest - brings the brain back to reality. You can start with mini habits, with 2 to 5 minutes, and you will see, interest and motivation will not be long in coming.

✓ Doing a little each day is much more and better than doing nothing at all (both mathematically and practically).

✓ Doing a little every day is more effective than doing a lot but once. It will help you develop a fundamental habit that you will live with from now on.

✓ Persistence and regularity are important.

Life-changing habits. There are many of them and they are different. Each person chooses them for himself.

• Workout every day for 15-20 minutes is enough to be in a good physical shape, health and restore vigor.

Eating healthy foods can extend your life by years. It can also provide you with vitality and ease.

• Getting up an hour early to read frees you up 365 hours a year. It's a great way to expand your knowledge and thinking. Reading allows you to think more broadly, to look at life and circumstances from different angles and angles.

• Work 30 to 60 minutes every day to develop in your field.

 Learning a foreign language.

And there are a number of other good habits: think positive, drink moderate amounts of coffee, exercise, meditate, etc.

By introducing mini-habits into your life, you can achieve maxi-results.
