In the most difficult moments of life, when it is hard for you, at some point you feel like a victim, and Mrs. "pity" knocks at you in the heart. And immediately the inner voice begins the monologue: "What did I do wrong?," Why am I?. " Negative thoughts are multiplied. And you want to close yourself, run somewhere, hide. It is all your thoughts in your head. You play them over and over like an old record. You eat yourself. You do not know what to do next. And nothing brings joy.
As my friend told me, "You do not have to make yourself hostage to negative thoughts."

✔ We have to accept the situation as it is. In general, life is unfair to some people, situations. Analyse all your steps of action. It is not your fault. Assess a situation. It happened to you for a reason. You got a valuable lesson. This will make you stronger and overcome the obstacles in life, wisely and consciously.
You are a good person. It is just something bad happened to you. You are the master of your own life, which means you can handle the difficulties and challenges. Pass all the trials that life presents to you.
✔ You are not alone. There are people who passed the same as you. And they thought just like you. And it was hard to deal with it. Share your problem with someone. Maybe they will help you, listen. And then you can look at the situation from the other side, rethink.
✔ Take responsibility for your life. You feel like you got trapped but there is a way out of it. You can control how you react to the situation and your day, your week, your life depends on it. Whether to waste the time of your precious life on it.
✔ Stop wait for something.
✔ Focus on yourself, work, study, sports. Do the usual daily business with pleasure. You have You, your life. You can control who to let into your life and who does not. You can react differently to circumstances and people. As the great Friedrich Nietzsche said, "What does not kill me makes me stronger". There is a reason for all difficulties, just before you realize it. So you had to go through it to understand something, to make sense of it.
You must become stronger spiritually and psychologically.
✔ It is all about you. Do you think a poor person like you is never going to make it? Than to feel sorry for yourself, it is better to start loving yourself and dedicating time to yourself. Let this time work on yourself, and make you and your life better. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Be proud and confident.
When life crushes you under itself, it is possible to make a start from the bottom, to escape on a surface and to start over again breathing.
Is your life over? This is not the final stop.
You have a choice! Keep feeling sorry and blame yourself. Or do no care about all the negative, take a deep breath, rise with new forces, open up to the world and go on, forward. Life is not a direct road. It is winding, full of turns, development, events, meetings.
You have everything ahead of you, and everything will be fine.
